How to request deletion of your Beanstalk Kidz account and information, for the Beanstalk Kidz staff app and Beanstalk Kidz Family app (published by RC Management Systems, LLC).

Delete Your Account

This deletes your Beanstalk Kidz staff or parent account entirely, along with your personal profile information.

Steps to request account deletion:

  1. Open the Beanstalk Kidz app and go to More → Request Account Deletion (staff app), or
  2. Email support@rcmanagementsystems.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete your account. Include your name and the program/Stalk you're associated with.

We will confirm your identity, process the request, and email you once it's complete — typically within a few business days.

What is deleted: your login credentials, name, email, phone number, and any content only you created that isn't part of a child's or program's ongoing record (e.g., your own profile photo).

What is kept, and for how long: a program's attendance, billing, incident, and other childcare records that licensing regulations require it to retain are kept as part of the program's records even after your individual account is deleted, since they document the program's operation rather than just your personal data. Records tied to a program are retained for as long as that program's account remains active, plus a reasonable period after to meet recordkeeping and licensing requirements — see the Data Retention & Deletion section of our Privacy Policy for details.

Delete Specific Data (Without Deleting Your Account)

You can request deletion of specific information without closing your account — for example, a photo, a message, or (for parents/guardians) your child's information if they've left the program.

Steps to request data deletion:

  1. Email support@rcmanagementsystems.com with your name, your program/Stalk, and exactly what you'd like deleted.
  2. We will confirm your identity and your authority to request deletion of that item (e.g., a parent/guardian requesting their own child's records).
  3. We will process the request manually and confirm once complete.

What is deleted: the specific photo, message, or child record you request, unless it's part of a program's required licensing/safety record (e.g., an incident report), in which case we'll tell you what can and can't be removed.

What is kept, and for how long: anything required by law or licensing regulation to remain part of a program's records — see Data Retention & Deletion in our Privacy Policy.
